This course will provide the knowledge required to develop necessary expertise for performing a Food Safety Management System (FSMS) audit by applying widely recognized audit principles, procedures and techniques.
Delegates will acquire the knowledge and skills to plan and carry out internal & external audits in compliance with ISO 19011 and ISO/IEC 17021-1 certification process.
This course will help delegates master audit techniques and become competent to manage an audit program, audit team, communication with customers, and conflict resolution.
Opportunity to become an ISO 22000:2018 FSMS Auditor (Lead or 3rd Party).
Delegates should have attended the ISO 22000:2018 introduction course and should have some experience dealing with ISO 22000:2018 internal auditing.
Delegates who do not possess this knowledge are encouraged to attend our 1 day ISO 22000:2018 FSMS introduction course.
Delegates who successfully pass the Lead Auditor exam will receive a Lead Auditor certificate approved by either CQI IRCA or PECB
